Tomato & Basil Bruschetta Recipe

Heirloom Provenzano Tomato

Ingredients:

3 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
handful of basil leaves, shredded
2 tbs olive oil
salt

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together, season to taste with salt and serve with grilled bread.
