Ingredients:
1 shot vodka
1 shot preserved spiced rhubarb syrup
juice of 1/2 a lime
ice
soda
rhubarb stick
Instructions:
In a shaker with ice, add vodka, rhubarb syrup and lime juice. Shake vigorously, then pour in a glass over ice. Top with soda and garnish with a stick of preserved spiced rhubarb.
